OVERVIEW:

            Glenda’s Cleaning was established in 1995 and since grown into a reputable, wide scope residential and commercial cleaning service in our local Triangle area.  I operate my business out of my home, complete with a fully setup office.  I started out cleaning by myself and steadfastly built a solid base of customers.  This growth allowed me to gradually take on employees for handling all my requests for cleaning and allowed me to take on many new customers.  At first I only took on residential customers and then expanded to commercial offices.  I started with MasTec and continued from there.  Eventually with my staff in place, I felt confident to add apartment complexes to my schedule.  This cleaning is offered to clean out apartments and ready them for the new rentors.  The newest service added 6 months ago is for Builders and their newly constructed homes.  Glenda’s Cleaning cleans out these new construction homes and  finishes the cleaning completely making their new home ready to move into.   

            Our record growth, one of the fastest in the commercial cleaning field, results from the individual attention given to each and every one of our clients.  I am proud to be able to tell you that I have many long standing customers because of their satisfaction in the services I deliver.

            I have handed out a checklist which describes many of the areas of service I provide.  Please take a look at it.  This will enable you to help refer customers to me knowing all that we do.  I have a highly trained staff of  8 women.  My staff is motivated to provide the highest level of quality service that I initially started with on a consistent basis.  I am flexible and receptive to doing the cleaning job that is asked for.  Since ALL jobs are tailored to meet your cleaning needs, I do not have set pricing.  Every job is evaluated for the best results in whatever time frame required. 

            I always keep the CUSTOMER first and foremost in mind, since satisfaction has always been my main objective at a fair, competitive price. 

PRICING:

All cleaning requests are taken and individually priced.  I personally go out and meet with prospective clients and give free estimates.
